    1. Eligibility: This contest is open to legal residents of the USA or the World who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, or with parental permission. Employees of Frankie Moreno Radio, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
    2. Winner must not have won in the last 30-day calendar period.
    3. How to Enter:
        1. Listen to the radio show from 7-Midnight PST on Frankie Moreno Radio and call in when prompted (702) 530-1832‬, or Visit the Frankie Moreno Radio website and complete the online entry form. We will call you if the contest is scripted to play later on air and not a “Live” Contest.
        2. Only one entry per person is allowed. But you can call from any phone line and as many as you can to get in to the contest.
        3. Multiple entries will be disqualified for online contests.
    4. Winner Selection and Notification:
        1. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
        2. Winners will be announced during Frankie Moreno’s show on Frankie Moreno Radio.
        3. Winners will be contacted via [Method of Contact, e.g., phone call or email].
        4. If a potential winner does not respond within 30 days, an alternate winner will be selected.
    5. Prizes:
        1. Prizes may include tickets to Frankie Moreno’s shows, merchandise, or other items, and will be specified at the time of the contest.
        2. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
        3. Prizes will be sent to winners either digitally or via mail, depending on the specific prize and the winner’s preference.
        4. One winner per calendar 30-day period
